Water Extraction Cleaning

Hot water extraction (or steam cleaning) is a process that involves using a cleaning agent and a rug machine scrubber and washer. The cleaning agent is applied to the floor with the machine and carpet brush. After the cleaning agent has settled into the carpet for a short time, the rug machine is passed over it to utilizing pressurized hot water to wash and rinse the carpet. Industrial fans are then placed around the room to ensure proper drying. This method is the best option for commercial carpets.

Bonnet Cleaning

Bonnet cleaning is a quick and efficient way to clean large commercial areas. It’s a process that uses a soft absorbent pad (or “bonnet”) and a rotary swing machine. Water and cleaning agents are applied to the bonnet and then applied to the rug with the swing machine. This method removes the top layer of dirt on the carpeting.

Specialty Rug Cleaning

Encapsulation – This method uses an encapsulating compound that is a dry agent and which is spread around dirt particles and stains. The compound makes the stains easy to remove with a vacuum. This is a relatively new technique and can be used with other carpet cleaning services.

Dry Cleaning

This is a convenient type of cleaning that doesn’t require the area to be vacant for a long period of time and uses minimal moisture. We use a biodegradable cleaning compound that can be spread evenly over the carpet and then scrubbed in. Dirt and grime is attracted to the compound, which is then vacuumed off, leaving the carpeting immediately cleaned and dry.

Spot Cleaning

This method uses a stain remover and scrubber brush to remove small stains on rugs and carpeting.

• Our cleaners are highly trained in utilizing EPA approved disinfectants that have dwell time of 1-3 minutes.
• We also offer “Electrostatic Precipitation cleaning” which sprays a mist that adheres to surfaces and objects and is effective in disinfecting for flu, viruses and COVID-19.
